Jordan University College (JUCo) will host two PhD Viva Voce Defenses in Education on 27 and 28 October 2026 at the Block B Conference Room. The first defense will be presented by Apolonia Africanus Agaptus (Reg. No. PhDED/0021/2023) on 27 October 2026. Her research is titled “The Influence of Internal Quality Assurance Practices on Teachers' Job Satisfaction in Public Secondary Schools: A Study of Morogoro Region, Tanzania.” Her supervisors are Prof. Daniel J. Mkude and Dr. Onesmo A. Damka. The second defense will be presented by Nestoria Kabula (Reg. No. PhDED/0011/2022) on 28 October 2026. Her research is titled “Teachers' Perceptions on Female Head Teachers' Leadership Efficacy: A Study of Selected Public Primary Schools in Morogoro Region, Tanzania.” Her principal supervisor is Prof. Daniel J. Mkude, with Dr. Eugenia Wandela as co-supervisor. Students, staff and the general public are invited to attend and witness these academic milestones.
